I’ve been practicing yoga for more than 20 years, but my journey began long before that. I grew up as an artistic figure skater, starting at the age of 5 and eventually competing at the highest level—winning national championships and representing Australia internationally. While those years were exciting, they were also demanding, and it was during that time that I discovered yoga. The practice became a way to steady my mind, stay grounded, and find a much-needed sense of balance.
When I retired from skating at 22 and moved from Australia to the UK, yoga became even more important. It offered me a way to reconnect with myself during big life transitions. Over the years, it’s been my anchor—supporting me through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and now life as a mum of two wonderful, very energetic children! Yoga has given me strength, resilience, and the ability to reconnect with my body, and it’s been such a joy to share it with my kids. Seeing how yoga helps children feel strong, calm, and connected to themselves has deepened my belief that yoga is a gift at every age.
In 2020, driven to take my love for yoga further, I completed my yoga teacher training, and in 2024 I added Prenatal/Postnatal and Kids Yoga Teacher Training. My passion now is to share yoga with as many people as possible, creating classes that are creative yet grounded, with clear, supportive guidance – and plenty of fun in the mix! I believe yoga is for every body—no matter your age, shape, fitness level, or lifestyle—and I strive to make my classes accessible and welcoming to all.
For me, yoga is so much more than movement—it’s connection, presence, and self-discovery. I can’t wait to welcome you onto the mat and share this journey with you.
