MOTHER’S DAY ‘MUMMY AND ME’ MORNING RETREAT – book here!
Tuesday 10 March 2026, 10.30am-12.30pm, Ripley Village Hall
I’m thrilled to be partnering with Nutured Birth and Baby to bring this very special Mother’s Day retreat to new mamas and their babies at Ripley Village Hall. Designed as a gentle, nurturing morning just for you and your little one, here’s what to expect:
A beautiful, calm welcome – Arrive to a peaceful space filled with aromatherapy oils and soft, calming music – the perfect invitation to slow down and settle in.
Mummy yoga – A nourishing yoga experience designed specifically for new mums, led by me. Mindful movement and grounding breathwork help you reconnect, restore and feel truly supported – while your little one shares in the calm and connection by your side.
Baby massage – Enjoy a specially curated baby massage session led by Catherine, beginning with a gentle introduction before moving through a relaxing routine covering legs, feet, tummy, arms and hands. You’ll have plenty of unhurried time to bond with your baby and take away skills you can use at home.
Pastries, hot drinks & good company – Settle in and chat with other new mamas over something delicious. Because sometimes the best part is knowing you’re not in it alone.
A gorgeous Mother’s Day goodie bag – Because you deserve to leave with a little something too.
You’ll go home having given your baby something special and having done something just for you – which, is exactly what Mother’s Day should feel like.
Suitable for babies aged 6 weeks to 6 months. If your little one falls just outside this range, please do get in touch — we’d love to see if we can accommodate you.
